On September 8th, Minecraft Dungeons will be getting not only a new DLC but also a significant update to the game! In addition to this DLC, Minecraft Dungeons, on September 8th, is also getting an update to the game, which features the addition to daily quests and more merchants.
This DLC is called Creeping Winter, and while details regarding this expansion are very limited at the time, the cover art looks fantastic, having a cold permeating through the zombies, creepers, and even though the player’s weapons.
Mojang Studios released “The Creeping Winter DLC brings a wintry storm that threatens to consume all it touches. The only chance of halting the biting frost is for a hero to take on new missions and relentless new enemies! Since no good deed goes unrewarded, let’s say it’s finders keepers on all the new armor, weapons, and artifacts you’ll run into along the way. Just watch out for chilling new mobs and slippery ice on your way to save the day!”
This new DLC will offer new missions, enemies, and loot for players that want to experience a winter in Minecraft Dungeons, and how this new temperature and environment will drastically alter the enemies that you have to face and what weapons that you’ll use in your quest!
Mojang Studios will also be releasing a free update alongside the new DLC, and this update offers some new features which include new merchants and Daily Trials. The Daily Trials will provide fun new challenges every day to new users, and Daily Trials also make wild changes to the game mechanic, which provide both experimental, fun but also difficult for players to complete and get the fantastic rewards that come with these new trials.
On September 8th, The Save captured Merchants you encounter as you play through the game, and after being saved, they’ll set up shop in your camp. These Merchants can also be leveled up for additional stock, allowing the players to splurge and buy precisely what they need no matter the amount! The Black Smith will upgrade items for the player, While the Gift Wrapper will easily allow players to trade items with friends on Multiplayer.
These are large updates and DLC will offer a much different experience to the game allowing even experienced players to experience something new in Minecraft Dungeons.
