In fact, she just revealed in detail how she manages to maintain her fit frame.
Even while in quarantine amid a global pandemic, Larsa Pippen has not taken any breaks from her daily workout routine and the results are very visible in her latest post.
The celeb took to her go-to social media platform to post a new bathing suit pic and there’s no denying that she is goals from head to toe!
Larsa Pippen can be seen rocking a tiny black two-piece swimsuit and posing for the selfie with confidence.
Sure enough, the results of her quarantine workouts are undeniable!
In the caption, the 46-year-old shared that ‘My morning workout today 20 laps in the pool’
This comes after she also posted a video of her doing a bit of her glutes and abs workout.
The post shared on July 10 was captioned with: ‘New video on the site!!’ and features the celeb doing mountain climbers and pushups on a yoga mat that had her initials on it!
‘Killing the game,’ one follower praised her at the time.
At the beginning of this month, Larsa also shared a ‘full body HIIT’ tutorial showing how to do every single move.
It features her doing deadlifts, squats, back lunges, and low rows in intervals of 30 seconds.
Larsa Pippen also chatted with HollywoodLife after launching her brand new fitness platform.
She told the news outlet that ‘I do squats almost every day. You don’t need weights for that. You’re just [using] your own body weight. 40 squats a set, [but you only need to do] 12-15 reps [if you also] incorporate weights.’
