Hagi returns to the court for the Armânamea Cup exhibition
Gheorghe Hagi took part in an exhibition match in Constanța after the opening ceremony of the sixth Armânamea Cup. The indoor football competition was organized by the Constanța branch of Romania’s Aromanian community.
The Friday evening match brought together former local first- and second-division players, including Adrian Pitu and academy vice-president Neculai Tănasă. Other guests included Stere Halep and deputy mayor Gabi Stan.
The academy’s December 13 report highlighted Hagi’s skill on the court and the exhibition’s place in the event’s opening celebrations.
